Dr. Suzanne Briggs is a nationally recognized occupational therapist, educator, researcher, and speaker specializing in neuro-vision rehabilitation. With more than 25 years of clinical experience, she is dedicated to helping individuals with neurological and visual impairments regain functional independence and improve participation in daily life.
As the founder of NeuroVision Rehab, Dr. Briggs combines advanced clinical expertise with evidence-informed care to treat patients with vision deficits caused by neurological disorders, after a concussion, stroke, traumatic brain injury, or vestibular and balance dysfunction. She is passionate about advancing the role of occupational therapy in neuro-vision rehabilitation through patient care, education, and research.
Dr. Briggs is the lead author of the peer-reviewed study Occupational Therapist-Led Remedial Vision Program after Mild Traumatic Brain Injury, published in The Open Journal of Occupational Therapy (2024). She serves as Co-Leader of the American Occupational Therapy Association's Occupation-Based Neuro Remedial Vision Rehab Community of Practice, is a Fellowship Level II member of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA), and is Remedial Vision Certified.
Dr. Briggs earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Salus University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving the Alumni Association Award as the top graduate in her program.

I am a neuro-occupational therapist who is specialized in remediating vision and improving vision function. I am a self proclaimed vision nerd and want to help you understand why your vision system is not working efficiently. I will work with you to improve your ability to use your vision system at work, school, home or sports.
I collaborate with neuro-optometrists, opthalmalogists, occupational/physical/speech therapists to ensure your vision system is improving and helping your reach your personal and therapy goals.

You will work one-on-one with Dr. Briggs, receiving treatments that are most beneficial for your vision deficit. We will provide education on the “how and why” at every step. You will recieve a home exercise program tailored to your needs.
